Description
Parloursan CF is a non-chlorine caustic detergent for milking parlours. Parloursan CF contains HEDP 60, sodium hydroxide and EDTA. The product is applied to clean milking machines and bulk tanks. To achieve the best results while maintaining a low TBC. You must clean, sterilize, and eliminate any milk stones present/descale. Liquid caustics are more affordable and easier to clean than powder caustics.
How to use Parloursan CF:
Following milking, wash the machine with 14 litres of cold water for each milking unit. For cold circulation, use 250ml of Parloursan CF with 45 liters of water. Distribute this for 10 minutes, then wash the plant with 14 liters of cold water per milking unit. Don't use this solution more than once. A hot circulation should be done in the morning, and a cold one in the evening. Hot washes should be at least 80 degrees Celsius. An acid wash should be performed no less than once every week.
Non-chlorine wash routine:
First, use Parloursan CF in morning's hot wash, followed by MSR in the evening's cold wash. You can use peracetic acid as an alternative to chlorine in the last wash using 60ml of peracetic acid to 45litres of water. The plant needs to be clean of any caustic residues that might be left on the surface before adding the peracetic acid since they neutralise each other.
Bulk tank cleaning-Automatic wash:
Mix 300ml of parloursan CF with to 45 litres of hot water.
Storage: Store in a dry cool area
Shelf Life: 2 Years
